IG Culture
Engineer

IG Culture is a London-born DJ and Producer, best known for being the pioneer of the underground broken beat (bruk) movement. He has over 30 years experience within the industries, and specialises in genres of jazz-fusion, funk and soul.

IG Culture first found success as a member of Dodge City Productions, a hip-hop duo in the late 80s sub-genre of rap music and acid jazz. He also founded the legendary CoOp Club at the iconic Plastic People nightclub. He also recently launched the CoOp presents label with Alex Phountzi. He also founded the Selectors Assemble DJ producer collective, and is one half of NameBrandSound.

Max Von Morrison
Engineer

Max Von Morrison is a DJ and engineer with 20 years experience in the industry. Max has been collecting records since he was 7, and his musical knowledge spans multiple decades andgenres.

Max specialises in many genres, including Hip Hop, Soul, Funk, Disco, Chillout, Dance, Tech and Electronica. He has played some of the biggest and best clubs and festivals both in London, and around the world. Max has played Fire, Pacha, Egg London, Soho House, Ministry of Sound and more.

He has also produced in the commercial music industries, for advertisements, promotional content, brand events and more. Some brands he has collaborated with include Microsoft, Sony, Yahoo and more.

Ross Ross
Engineer

Ross Ross is an experience dengineer who has collaborated with the likes of Pa Salieu, Flohio, Berna, Riz Ahmed, Mahalia and many more. Ross Ross specialises in recording and mixing UK Rap and Grime. He has previously worked as an in-house engineer at the iconic Rinse FM Recording Studios.

Ross Ross also produces and DJs UK bass and club music as Loyal Hardware.

Monssef
Engineer

Monssef started his Musical career back in Morocco playing in local music festivals and after moving to the UK he performed with a North African musical collective at Womad Festival.

He enjoys playing, recording and working with artists from across the world in blues, rock, hip-hop/rap and electronic genres.

Monssef studied Music production, sound design & music for moving picture at BIMM, London.

When It comes to getting the job done Monssef has great people skills, he is creative with ideas and works with clients to enable them to get the most out of their time in the studio.

As well as music production and engineering, Monssef specialises in audio treatment, sound design and music for moving pictures, sound editing and more.

William Wintour
Founder

William Wintour is a highly experienced Events &Marketing Director with over twenty 20 years of experience within the musicindustry and over 2000 events under his belt, he has earnt a well-respectedplace amongst his peers for not only his no nonsense business acumen but alsohis creative flare in concept and brand design. Being the owner of severalsuccessful party brands, William has had the pleasure of hosting events innearly every London mainstream night club and an array of super clubs andfestivals across the UK.

Nikki Gordon
Founder

Nikki Gordon has over 20 years experience in the music industry starting out as an independent promoter. He has been part of the senior management team for some of the biggest venues in London; Neighbourhood Club, The Cross, Bagleys & Pacha London. Most recently he has been instrumental in turning around the outdated perception of the most iconic clubbing brand in the history of dance music, Ministry of Sound.

He achieved record breaking profits for 4 consecutive years as Head of Marketing, Brand & Artist Bookings. Co-Founder, former director & current shareholder of the 60k capacity We Are FSTVL and most recently General Manager at the culture rich Rinse FM, his expertise lies in digital marketing, branding, strategy, artist bookings & is a regular guest speaker at annual music conferences.


Clarissa Kim
Founder

Clarissa Kim is a multidisciplinary creative, with experience in event production, digital media, theatre, filming, creative writing and human rights campaigning. She studied Theatre and Human Rights at Kingston University, and Digital Media at Goldsmiths University.

Clarissa’s love for storytelling encompasses various form of expression and she often wears different hats in her creative projects. The most demanding and rewarding consisted of a theatre play about the conflict in Yemen that was awarded first place in Amnesty International’s 2016 Marsh Award competition and showcased at the 2017 Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Camden Fringe and International Youth Arts Festival.
